The Hope Initiative is a practical demonstration of love in action. It is a response to our recognition that whilst Plymouth is an amazing city to live in, it is not without desperate problems of inequality and crisis. A loving movement for radical change and lifelong compassion at a local level is something our church is determined to be a part of.

The Hope Initiative collects mainly food items but also essential toiletries and activity pack materials kindly donated by the Church and then distributes these across two organisations making a tremendous difference in our city:

Plymouth Domestic Abuse Service - providing a refuge for those who are fleeing domestic violence

The Plymouth Foodbank - providing food items for local people in need

We also give to families and individuals directly through referrals received from the church.
